Whitehall Mill, True Chesapeake Oyster House
True Chesapeake Oyster Co is the first Maryland oyster farm to open a restaurant and is an anchor tenant at Whitehall Mill. Extending their restorative mission, the restaurant offers a “restorative dining” experience in the expansive existing boiler building. Diners can enjoy a menu highlighting the farm’s bounty, while being immersed in the layered history of the space or can enjoy the large outdoor patio overlooking the Jones Falls. Layers of history are visible everywhere within Chesapeake True Oyster. Diners are offered a variety of spaces to enjoy including sizable bar, comfortable dining area and outdoor patio space.
