The adaptive reuse of this large complex was completed in phases and was awarded both Federal and State Tax Credits. Whitehall was one of the last of the large mill complexes in the Jones Falls River valley to be redeveloped. It’s completion bridges the gap between the successful Mt. Vernon Mill No. 1 on the south (also owned by Terra Nova Ventures) and Clipper Mill + Union Mill on the north.

Whitehall has had great success with attracting tenants and is currently 100% leased. (Both Commercial and Residential Spaces) Tenants in the 28 apartments report high satisfaction with the historic design details, luxury amenities, on-site dining options and easy access to major transportation routes.

A Sense of Place and Historic Charm

The Whitehall Apartments feature original wood floors, exposed historic structure and oversized windows with views to the Jones Falls and Druid Hill Park. The presence of the past in no way limits modern amenities: an onsite fitness center, lounge spaces, mail room covered parking are offered to residents.
